    The program is switching to a bi-annual rather than quarterly timeline in 2025. Applications for projects to be funded and held August through December will be due June 30 and for projects funded February through May, the deadline is December 31.

  • 2024 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine awarded to Victor Ambros and Gary Ruvkun

    In addition to their former roles as GSA Board and Committee members, Ambros and Ruvkun co-authored a paper on their work in GENETICS. They are recognized by the Nobel Assembly for their discovery of microRNA and its role in post-transcriptional gene regulation.
